Booking and payment

  • Final payment accepted by card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash
  • Cash payments are exact change only
  • 50% deposit required for hourly and package bookings

Confirmation and cancellation

  • Confirmation required by 10 PM the night before your trip
  • 24 hours notice required to cancel without a fee
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of quoted fare
  • Cancellation on location: $20 flat fee

Wait time

  • Standard pickups: 15 minute grace period
  • Airport arrivals: 60 minute grace period after landing
  • After grace period: billed in 15 minute increments at $45/hr

Vehicle and cleaning

  • Max 4 passengers
  • Complimentary sickness bags provided in vehicle
  • Significant cleaning requiring professional detail: $250 minimum
  • Clients responsible for damage to interior or exterior
